At Opal Nose Rings, we want you to love your new jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and hygiene-sealed items. Please note that due to health and safety regulations, items with broken security seals cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the unworn jewelry in its original packaging and ensure the protective hygiene seal is intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
